On December 15, 2022, IUFT and the U.S Dairy Export Council Vietnam, Bluetech Ingredients company organized the talkshow “Dairy Ingredients – Journey from U.S to Vietnam”. At the seminar, Mr. Vu Minh Duc – Trade Representative – U.S Dairy Export Council Vietnam (USDEC) introduced the USDEC, their mission, goals and environmental commitment.

In addition, the students had an opportunity to learn how dairy products are produced and their application in the food industry at the seminar, which was presented by Mr. Ngo Tuong Hy – Senior Technical Advisor from Bluetech Ingredients Company.

Students also enjoyed a yummy tea break party with hamburgers, fries, salads, and soft drinks sponsored by the USDEC. In addition, the students had a chance to taste and evaluate the Nougat candy products with milk protein added.

The talkshow came to an end in such an energetic and cheerful atmosphere. IUFT would like to send our most sincere thanks to the speakers and guests who took their valuable time to attend and share at the talkshow. Besides, we would also like to thank the students for their enthusiasm.
