Registered Delegates are entitled to admission to the scientific sessions, official coffee breaks, and a Conference Kit containing the Final Program, Full-text Proceedings, Name Tag, and Conference Bag.

Registered Vietnamese (who are currently affiliated with Vietnamese institutions) are entitled to admission to the scientific sessions, official coffee breaks, and a Conference Kit containing the Final Program, Name Tag, and Conference Bag.

Thanks to the sponsorship recently obtained we will consider to waive the registration fee for: Vietnamese undergraduate students who are currently affiliated with Vietnamese institutions. The number of offers is limited to the first 50 requesters on the first come first served basis (on-site Conference). Please remember to take along an evidence, for example, student ID card, to prove for your occupation.

"General Terms and Conditions for Participants to BME5 Conference"

 

Please read these Terms carefully before processing this payment. By checking the acceptance button, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all users of the site, regardless of whether you have paid for a registration fee or not.

 

 

1. Registration fees

All participants must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the conference venue. Participants are also advised to have a copy of their payment slip when going to the registration desk at the conference just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received by May 10, 2014 are entitled to a refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be given to registrants who cancel after May 10, 2014– absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason, including medical or family emergencies or weather conditions.

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made by June 1, 2014. No changes will be accepted after this date.

Reimbursement is only made via online pay-gate.

Registration cancellations must be notified by email to the BME5 Organization Committee (Email: bme2014@hcmiu.edu.vn).

Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the BME5 Organization Committee. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.

 

3. Card Owner

Payee is beneficial owner of the account which be used for this payment.
