Before you Travel

You can print the poster by your own and bring it to the conference. In case you have trouble with your printed poster, we suggest poster authors take a copy of the presentation on a USB drive so that it can be printed on site.

 
Poster Printed Service to be Ready for Pickup at the Conference

You have the option of printing your poster for pickup when you arrive in Ho Chi Minh. Send your poster in PDF format via email to bme7posters@gmail.com. Remember to include your paper numbers + title + assigned poster presentation time in the email.  Please refer to the instruction below to prepare your poster file. The cost is $10 per poster and will be paid when you receive your poster at the conference.

The deadline for sending your poster files is June 22nd, 2018

Drop off and pick up location:  The poster booth on the 4th Floor  in front of room A2.104, A2 building. 

 
Poster Guideline

Each author will share a 2.5 m wide x 1.2 m high poster board with one other author, and each will have a useable area measuring 1.25 m wide x 1.2 m high. This is a Landscape/horizontal format. Poster materials may not extend outside the assigned half-board.

The maximum size of the poster is A0: 46.8 in. width, 33.1 in. height (1189mm x 841mm).

 

 

 

Instruction for Poster Hanging

-   Please drop your poster at the poster booth in front of room A2.104, A1 building. 

-   The author(s) must Our staff will bring the poster to the designated location and mount it on the poster board at the number corresponding to the one indicated on the poster program.

-   Push pins will be provided at the poster location. Other means of fixation must be supplied by the author(s).

-   Poster session hours and location will be announced on BME7 website.
