Instructions for ORAL presenters:
-Maximum duration of the presentation: 20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions and answers (the timing will be strict).
-Please use Microsoft PowerPoint 97-2003 (Windows platform). Please bring your presentation file in a USB flash memory and give to our person in charge of the projection at the beginning of your session to load on our computer to keep the presentation flow moving promptly.
There will be several parallel sessions in different rooms. Please make sure that you are in the right room. To help identify we will post in front of each room a list of corresponding papers.
 

Instructions for POSTER presenters:
-The maximum format of the poster is A0 size: 46.8in. width, 33.1in. height (1189mm x 841mm). Suggestion: use Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare the poster or make several small panels and mount on a bigger panel of A0 format. You must print it out, bring it to the conference and mount it on the panel using push pins.
-The poster presentation will be on Jan 13 at International University, 4th floor. We will set up the standing panels with the number of your posters. The poster can be mounted from 8:00am on Jan 13. The presentation will be on Jan 13 from 11am to 12am. At that time all authors must be presented in front of their posters for questions and answers. 
-Please let us know if you want to give demonstrations or display a device (we can provide 220 V electrical plugs, if necessary).

Volunteer Service

To make your participation at the Conference and your stay in Ho Chi Minh City an agreeable one, our students will volunteer to help you, if needed. Their service will include to greet you at the Tan Son Nhat airport, accompany you to the conference places, give you information for shopping or any useful information. Their service will be free of charge and available at convenient time to both sides.
